1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," "you") and Keldam Digital Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

THE PLATFORM IS EXCLUSIVELY A VENUE FOR INTRODUCING CONSENTING ADULTS WHO SEEK TO FORM MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL RELATIONSHIPS. WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY ARRANGEMENTS, AGREEMENTS, OR RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN MEMBERS.

2.2 No Endorsement or Involvement

We do not:

• Endorse, monitor, or verify any arrangements between Members
• Facilitate, broker, or participate in any financial or other arrangements
• Guarantee the intentions, honesty, or financial capacity of any Member
• Provide advice on the nature, terms, or legality of Member arrangements
• Act as an intermediary, agent, or broker for any purpose

2.3 Adult Relationships Only

This Platform is strictly for relationships between consenting adults. Any arrangement, communication, or relationship formed through the Platform is solely the responsibility of the participating Members.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• You have never been convicted of a felony
• You are not required to register as a sex offender
• You do not appear on any U.S. sanctions list

3.3 Verification Requirements

We employ a manual verification process for all Members. You agree to:

• Human trafficking
• Money laundering
• Fraud or financial crimes
• Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation (except as intended between consenting Members)
• Share or screenshot other Members' profiles or conversations
• Create multiple accounts
• Use automated systems or bots
• Violate any Member's privacy
• Post content that is offensive, explicit, or inappropriate
• Engage in any activity that could damage the Platform's reputation

4.3 Content Standards

All content you post must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Respect others' intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not contain explicit sexual content
• Not promote illegal activities

5.1 ASSUMPTION OF RISK

5.2 Safety Precautions

You agree to:

• Exercise caution in all Member interactions
• Independently verify information provided by other Members
• Meet in public places for initial meetings
• Inform trusted individuals of your plans
• Never share financial information through the Platform
• Trust your instincts and leave if uncomfortable

5.3 Financial Arrangements

ANY FINANCIAL OR OTHER ARRANGEMENTS BETWEEN MEMBERS ARE STRICTLY BETWEEN THOSE MEMBERS. WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO, DO NOT FACILITATE, AND HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SUCH ARRANGEMENTS.

6.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 Member Privacy

You agree to:

• Respect the privacy of all Members
• Not disclose any Member's identity or information
• Keep all Member communications confidential
• Not use Member information for any unauthorized purpose

7.1 Platform Ownership

All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to User Content

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for Platform operation and improvement.

8.1 "AS IS" SERVICE

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8.2 NO WARRANTY

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any Member information is accurate
• You will form successful relationships
• The Platform is free from viruses or harmful components

9.1 NO LIABILITY FOR MEMBER CONDUCT

9.2 LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PLATFORM ACCESS IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11.1 Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11.2 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class actions against the Company.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected illegal activity
• Behavior harmful to other Members or the Platform
• Any reason at our sole discretion

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access rights cease immediately
• We may delete your content and data
• You remain liable for activities before termination
• Sections surviving termination remain in effect

13.1 Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

15.2 International Use

The Platform may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
